Reparent Your Inner Child: A Retreat for Self-Awareness & Healing

October 30 – November 1, 2026
Casa Grande Mountain Retreat | Utuado, Puerto Rico

Join us for a transformative weekend dedicated to self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. Through yoga, mindfulness, reflection, and guided workshops, you will explore your relationship with your inner child—the part of you shaped by your earliest experiences—and learn practical tools for cultivating greater self-acceptance, self-love, and emotional resilience.

This retreat offers a supportive and compassionate environment to reflect on your childhood experiences, recognize how they continue to influence your life today, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself and others. Whether your childhood felt nurturing, challenging, or somewhere in between, this work can help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been neglected, wounded, or suppressed.

When we experience difficult events or unmet emotional needs, we often develop protective patterns and coping mechanisms to help us survive. While these strategies may have served us in the past, they can sometimes limit our ability to experience connection, joy, confidence, and authenticity in the present. Through the process of reparenting, we learn how to offer ourselves the understanding, validation, and support we may have needed all along.

Throughout the weekend, we will integrate:

  • Yoga asana and mindful movement
  • Breathwork and pranayama
  • Meditation and mantra
  • Journaling and self-inquiry
  • Yoga philosophy and the practice of Svadhyaya (self-study)
  • Creative expression and nature connection
  • Group discussion and reflection
  • Rituals for release, healing, and transformation

By learning to listen to and support your inner child, you can begin responding to life’s challenges from a place of greater awareness, compassion, and emotional balance.
