“I have loved the past 4 weeks! They have pushed me to challenge myself and my assumptions, to be kind to myself, to learn how to be more thankful for the little things, and to be more in tune with my needs. It has been wonderful to be with a group of such
exceptional people who all come from such different backgrounds. Honestly, I’m not quite ready to leave!”

“I’m absolutely loving my 200h teaching training. For the first month training I learned more than in 7 years of practicing!”

“I got more tools now to play with. All the props were amazing. I will definitely use them for my classes and for my personal practice, specially for the menses time. These 4 weeks where just a start into more yoga. When I’m back home the real practice begins, with all what I learned new. And such an inspiration to cook!”

“This 200hr yoga teacher training was transformative! I have learned more than I could have ever imagined and will without a doubt return for further yoga training under their guidance. The training has laid the foundation for a lifelong practice of yoga & holistic
living. Inner Wellness Studio is exactly that. Creating wellness within. What a privilege it has been!”

“I just completed my TTC with Inner Wellness Studio and what an amazing experience it was, the space they created was beautiful. I’m well equipped with knowledge and strength to continue doing this, all thanks to their knowledge, gift, and open heart of sharing.
Thank you so much and would definitely recommend anyone to take up their TTC with you.”

“I loved it! I feel equipped. For coming to closer to that state of piece, in the body, mind and soul. The teachers are such beautiful people who were really interested in everybody’s story and individual composition/needs. The way they were teaching us the yoga asanas with the use of props and other supportive material reflected their entire intention: To support you in your self-healing journey with all support they could give. They always asked about our well-being and were receptive for ideas, critique and suggestions. I learnt to be gentle now. In any regard. To practice with the intention to do only good. Not too push my limits. Progress comes with moderation and consistency.”
