SUMMARY:Yoga & Hiking Mountain Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Celebrating the International Day of Yoga in the mountains of Puerto Rico with a special class with beautiful energy and yogis. \nJoin us for yoga practices in the mornings and afternoons plus an arm balance and inversions workshop. If the weather permits we will also do a yoga class on one of the most beautiful beaches in Arecibo (Poza del Obispo). \nThe hotel is nestled in the scenic mountains of Puerto Rico\, providing a unique experience where guests can unwind without the distraction of TVs and Wi-Fi. It’s an ideal location to reconnect with oneself and meet new\, like-minded yogis. This serene sanctuary is exclusively reserved for our retreat group\, making it perfect for those who seek an authentic connection with themselves.\n\n(if you are from EE:UU you can use your internet connection through your mobile)\n\nAll rooms are spacious and cozy\, with their own bathroom\, balcony\, and hammock; that way you can maintain your privacy and perhaps find yourself reading a book with a stunning view (suites or shared room).\n\nApart from all this we will have a guided trail along the Tanamá River towards one of its best caves and will finish it off with making a rappelling descent inside the cave down to the river (approx 5 hours). \nAll meals are included as well as snacks for the activities\, they are organic plant-based (vegan) grown on the surrounding farms.
